Order Cut-Off & Processing
When you place an order before 2:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time), we’ll work hard to get it ready for shipment the same day. If you order after 2:00 PM CST, we’ll begin processing your order on the next business day.
Shipping Partners & What to Expect
We ship your order using trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and specialized LTL services for larger items. Once your order is processed, it will be promptly handed off to our carrier. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, and most orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days.
Please note that during busy periods, public holidays, or special promotions, processing or transit times may be adjusted. In such cases, we will update you with any changes to the estimated delivery schedule.

Handling Damaged Items & Delivery Assistance
When your package arrives, please inspect it immediately for any damage. If you notice damage, take a photo, note the issue on any delivery receipts, and contact us right away. For larger shipments via LTL, please be aware that our carriers provide curbside delivery only. We recommend having an extra set of hands to help unload your order. Failure to unload may result in additional charges for return shipping.
Cancellation Process
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations are accepted only if the order has not yet been processed and handed off to our carrier.
