Order Cut-Off & Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time) are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Partners & What to Expect

We ship using trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight services for larger items.
All orders are shipped from our U.S.-based warehouse network and typically arrive within 2 to 7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Handling Damaged Items & Delivery Assistance

Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you notice damage, take photos, note it on the delivery receipt (if applicable), and contact us right away.

For large freight shipments (LTL), please note we offer curbside delivery only. You may need assistance unloading, and failure to unload may result in return shipping charges.
