Your wellness journey matters to us. We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your items. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products and also offer exchanges.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To ensure the highest quality standards, only new products (unopened in original packaging or never used) are eligible for return. Returned items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Free from any signs of use or wear
Starting Your Return
Email support@medcrestwellness.com to begin the return process. Include your order number and the items you wish to return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Once your RMA is approved, you will receive a downloadable, printable return label via email.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened wellness products
- Personal care items
- Custom formulated products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Refund Processing Time
Approved returns will be processed and refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Please note that your bank may take an additional 3-10 business days to post the refund to your account.)
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee will be charged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect items
- Products with quality issues
Document the issue with clear photos of the product and packaging. Email support@medcrestwellness.com immediately. Do not use the product, and keep all original packaging. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
