1. Do you offer free shipping?

Most in-stock items ship within 3 business days. Once shipped, deliveries typically arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Absolutely. Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking link via email. If you don’t receive tracking details within 4 business days, contact us at support@medcrestwellness.com.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within the United States.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, as well as Shop Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments.
6. Is sales tax included in the price?
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and local regulations.

8. Can I return a product if I change my mind?

9. Do you offer exchanges?
We recommend returning your original item and placing a new order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest processing.
10. How long does it take to receive a refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3–10 business days to reflect the credit.
11. Do your products come with a warranty?

12. What if my item arrives damaged?
Inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice damage, take photos of the item and packaging and email support@medcrestwellness.com right away. Do not discard the packaging until the issue is resolved.
13. Do you offer installation or white glove service?
No. Most items ship curbside only. We recommend having 1–2 people available to help move larger items to their final location.
